Meet The Team

Dzung Mai, MBA, CEH, CISA, CCNP
Co-Founder

Dzung  has previously  worked  as  a  Deputy  Manager  in  IT  Advisory  Department specialized in the information risk service of KPMG. He has experienced in IT internal audit, IT Network Security, IT Governance and IT Advisory.

Professional and Industry Experience (10 years)
IT Advisory – Information Risk Management: Dzung performed information risk management related services as follow:

  • Review of IT Application Controls and General IT Controls for audit client in financial service industry

  • Working as part of the IT Audit team to access technology issues, risks and providing advisory on risk mitigation

  • Assist  in  planning  and  executing  the  day-to-day  activities  of  IT  audit  engagements  for  a  variety  of  clients  including  system development, package implementation and/or platform reviews

  • Penetration Testing

  • Cyber Maturity Assessment.

Dinh Tran, BIS
Co-Founder

Dinh has previously worked as Sr. Continual Improvement Officer at Mantu, IT Advisory Consultant at KPMG and Seasonal Consultant at BCG. He specializes in IT governance, risks, audits and consulting. He crafts and delivers solutions to new, unseen problems.

IIT Advisory – Information Risk Management:

  • IT risk management and assurance—focused domains include: IT application controls and General IT Controls

  • IT governance review—assessed the governance practice of IT in corporates

  • IT vendor due diligence—provided overview and effectiveness of current IT practices, as well as IT strategic plan.

 

Competitive analysis:

  • Research about specific industries and provided insights for competitive analysis

  • On-site assessments to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the client’s business and competitor’s business.
